5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share your

-
Service Providers: Companies that help us operate our business or
provide services on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting, AI platform
providers). These parties are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential
and use it only for the purpose of providing services to us.

With Your Consent: We may share information with other parties if you
specifically direct us to do so or consent to such sharing.
6. Children’s Privacy
Studyzy’s Services are primarily designed for users who are at or above the age required
by local law to provide valid consent to data processing. However, we understand some
younger students may wish to use our platform.
-
Under 13 (or relevant minimum age): If you are under 13, you must
have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to use our Services. We do not knowingly
collect or process personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental
consent (or a similar mechanism required by law). If we learn we have collected personal
data from a child under 13 without the appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
-
Education or School Use: Where a school or teacher uses Studyzy with
students under 13, the school may serve as the guardian’s representative. We may process

If you become aware that a child has provided us personal data without parental or school
consent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly remove the data
and terminate the account.
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in UK, but we may transfer and process your personal
data in other countries (including the United States) where we or our service providers
operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your
home country.
For transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland to countries not deemed to provide an adequate
level of data protection (e.g., the U.S.), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses
(SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms. If you have questions about our
international data transfer practices or wish to obtain a copy of the relevant transfer
safeguards, please contact us at [email protected].

- Provide and maintain the Services;
- Comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, or audit requirements);
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
- Fulfill other legitimate business purposes.
When we no longer need your data for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it.

data or delete your personal data.
-
Objection and Restriction: You can object to or request that we
